On the right track
You've clearly got some good skills with animating, although the 3d interlude when whatshisface was escaping the cell was a little jerky (first time using 3DS Max, I guess?) Anyway, I really like the dialog, the premise is interesting, and I think this has a lot of potential.
There are really only two significant problems with this movie, though they are significant:
1) It's sometimes hard to tell what's happening during fight sequences. Try not to have the camera cut so often, and when you do, make sure we can tell what's going on.
2) There isn't enough exposition of the plot. Everything happens very quickly, and I feel like I'm missing some important details (e.g. What function do the corporate demons ostensibly play, in terms of providing security to society? Is the giant centipede thing only rampaging because the Zephyrs provoked it? Does the government actually round up all the demihumans into a concentration camp as they say they will? Why doesn't anyone resist, and if they do, why don't we see it? Why would they announce that ahead of time--is the public generally distrustful of demihumans, and reassured by their internment in concentration camps? What is a demon doing in whathisface's cell? What is Zephyr Squad, and how are they different from other demihumans?) I could go on, but you get the point. The movie just skips around way too much, leaving too many holes in the storyline.
Of course, this is a blessing too, since it means you still have a lot left to work with in upcoming episodes.
