[Samuray Vs. Wizzard]

Good lord

1. You managed to misspell just about every single word in the movie
2. The animation was jerky
3. You used stick characters
4. The spell effects were lousy
5. You used a blur filter on everything for no reason at the end
6. There were no sound effects
7. There was not plot or character development

But otherwise, this was a great flash!

That was awesome!

A great little animation. Near-perfect sounds, great music, and lots of character. Plus, it was funny. :-) Not much else to add--very nice work.

You obviously have a very good sense of humor. I enjoyed this movie quite a bit. One quibble: it says that it's a game, which it clearly isn't. I suggest fixing that.

That was awful

I'm sorry. Words escape me. I found that nauseating on many levels. Awful animation, lousy storyline that alternates between pointless, inexplicable, and totally predictable, and really obnoxious music. Oh, and it wasn't funny either.

Hilarious!

This is a great spoof on political advertising, though near the end it goes a little too far over the top and stops being relevant. Still, it's very funny, so kudos on a job well done!

Great animation, terrible English

I appreciated the animation and the concept, but your English is really terrible. I honestly couldn't understand half of what the characters were supposed to be saying, and the rest of the time it was just plain awkward. I voted a decent score for it simply because of the effort you put in, but I strongly suggest finding someone to improve the textual elements here and resubmitting it. When that happens, I'll vote higher.

[Braveheart Wasted]

LMAO!

Oh dear Lord--I laughed so hard at this that tears came to my eyes! The use of Braveheart clips was just absolutely perfect, especially for the ending.

For everyone that isn't aware, Mel Gibson was recently arrested for a DUI, whereupon he made anti-semitic comments and asked the arresting officer if he was a jew. That is what this movie is making fun of.

Great, but takes itself too seriously

This movie succeeds on many levels and fails on a few others. The animation itself is certainly quite good (though a few of the poses that Link ends up in seem rather awkward) and the action sequences are suitably action-packed. The music does a good job of complementing the mood, and you succeed stylistically in reenvisioning the Zelda universe as a dark and brutal (and honestly, kind of anime-ish) place.

I do have one big problem with the movie, though, which can be summed up in one word: cheesy. Everything in this film, from the excessive bloodletting to the unintentionally hilarious "rape and kill her in the name of Ganon" was gratuitous and over-the-top. I laughed out loud when Link killed the big axe-weilding guy and some blood hit the camera lens. I'm guessing that that isn't the reaction you're shooting for here, and as such, I suggest you maybe tone things down a little bit in the sequel. :-) Keep up the good work!
